A simple yet comforting meal, the Chefs at Golfer’s Terrace make sure that only the freshest Pomfret fish is selected and cooked immediately upon receiving the order so that it is served hot and crispy on the outside while juicy inside.Cassava leaves are rich in key vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, thiamine, niacin and riboflavin providing a great source of energy to your body. It is cooked with turmeric, lemongrass and pure coconut milk, presenting an aroma that will surely boost your appetite. Adding an extra kick to the dish is the home-made sambal belacan or sambal shrimp paste that is cooked first before blending it into a smooth paste with an authentic “kampung” flavour of Sambal Kicap. Alternatively, savour the refreshing taste of the Fish Meat Noodle Soup specially made from Golden Snapper fish which is rich in protein and vitamin B12 as well. Perfect for a light but fulfilling meal of the day.
