Thai Angel Cycling is a yearly bicycle race created for women, this was the first royal cup organised at the south of Thailand. Society always have the impression "Women" are weak, fragile, unable to protect themselves, but in this new modern era women has learn to adjust themselves to be strong  and knowing how to take care of their own health. Live a better quality of live to enhance their beauty with exercise and eating healthy.

Cycling is one of the best exercise to increase metabolism and help women get into better shape. Thai Angel Cycling encourage women to meet and connected to other cyclist from everywhere at the same time get closer to the nature to appreciate the simple things in life.





This event is held
- To give opportunities for female cyclists to embrace their potential and encouragement to drive them towards their goal to a good health.
- Charity fund race for the King.
- To show cyclist the beauty part of Mount Wa Lang, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province other then the popular mountain routes that well known by cyclists such as Doi Inthanon, Doi Suthep or Khao Yai. Challenge your own strength to overcome the steepness of the mountain route.
 
 
 
 
Thai Angel Cycling is not about winning trophy, everyone is a winner to overcome the obstacles of finishing the race, to get through the fear and exhaustion.... with a never give up mental strength.

My previous trip to KL, I had visited TABIB CINA CHIN KEE SIONG at Hulu Langat to fix my wrist injury, while waiting for the shop to open at 10am, I had a quicky breakfast at this Kedai Kopi Dan Makanan Eng Soon Hong, surprisingly food here were quite good. If you sprain or strain a muscle or break your bones, you should make a trip to this famous Traditional Bone Specialist Chin Yek Leong 2nd Generation in Hulu Langat which is well known to treat such an ailment. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
