Meat The Porkers is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Herukh and Aahana Jethwani, they have created many pork-inspired Indian dishes for their restaurant. Juicy, tender and divine pork has always being the center piece of our everyday meal. It is a versatile meat that goes well with everything and pairs beautifully with different flavours and cuisines, exceptionally fantastic with Indian cuisine. If you're not really a fan of pork, no worries cause they also serves chicken, mutton and seafood as alternative to their signature dishes such as Butter Chicken, Mutton Rogan Josh and Tandoori Prawn Masala. Indian pork recipes have traditionally not been too popular, due to the large number of Indian are vegetarian for the practice of purity for their believe in religion. Today you can find some of the really well known pork-eating regions at the North-Eastern states of India like in Sikkim, North Bengal, Calcutta and some other places.

Siew Yoke biryani is steamed and served in a sealed bowl to lock in the moisture. It gave this spice-laden rice dish a smooth fluffy and retained all the aroma of herbs and spices. The thick chunks of roasted pork meat was well-infused in the biryani flavours and the crispy deep-fried pork skin served on the side, top it onto the rice just before eating it. Absolutely a brilliant dish.
