From 4th to 8th September 2019, Cucina proudly invites Michelin-starred celebrity chef Ciro Scamardella to bring his Italian feasts to our stunning restaurant. Chef Ciro has been passionate about cooking since he was a child. When he was young, Ciro often helped out in his mother's kitchen. After graduating from Hotel Management School, Ciro started his career at one-Michelin-star restaurant Marennà as an apprentice, followed by two- Michelin-star restaurants Villa Crespi and La Terrazza di Lucullo, before joining Barcelona's three-Michelin-star restaurant La Sarte.
