Last 6th and 7th May my female cyclist team from Rolling Angel Squad and Cervelo have joined and won top 5 the ultimate cycling challenge, never been done before in the Kingdom of Cambodia, this race is set to awe any casual, adventurous and elite riders alike. Set with a picturesque landscape in the Kingdom of Wonder starting from the foot of Mount Bokor, with at elevation of 1,072m high, RHB Mount Bokor Challenge consists of a 32KM King of Mountain (KOM), a grueling hill rolling 17KM Team Time Trial (TTT) and Road Race. In Season Malaysia (#nowinseasonmy) are hosting a series of events in their campaign here in the country, developed by the Australian Federal Government, Horticulture Innovation Australia and the Government of Victoria to promote fresh fruits and vegetables from Australia.

Everyday Food I Love was up here again at SkyAvenue, Resorts World Genting to escape the heat in Kuala Lumpur and savour the soothing ambience of the proverbial city in the clouds. This time however, we were here to observe Genting International Children's Festival 2017, and to catch the Soul of Shaolin, a critically acclaimed theatrical event that has toured the world in order to showcase the magnificence of Shaolin kung fu warriors.

Everyday Food I Love re-visits the Mills Cafe at Hotel Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, this time for their lovely Ramadhan buffet at the Mill Cafe. Themed "Gemersik Selera", they have a lot of favourites, both old and new laid out for the discerning diner. And we reckon that the food at the Mill Cafe is some of the best this city have to offer, as testified from our visit last Christmas. Last year's Tiger Jams winner recently released a new single entitled 'You', which was also produced by Darren Ashley (her mentor during the competition). The pair has worked together on two previous songs, 'Dark Side' and 'Home to You'. This new collaboration is more delicate and minimalist compared to the rest. You can hear the vulnerabilty in her voice and the lyrics in this downtempo release.

Marina Bay Sands is set to unveil an unprecedented entertainment experience with a new, state-of-the-art light and water show, Spectra, on 2 June. The city skyline will glimmer with a kaleidoscope of colours and spectacular lights each night with Spectra, a free-to-public outdoor light and water show displayed over the water at the Event Plaza along the promenade. Combining an array of state-of-the-art lasers, lighting, water effects and projections, the show promises to be a multimedia extravaganza set to an orchestral soundtrack composed by award- winning local music producer Kenn C. At the heart of the performance lies a bespoke, 12-metre tall laminated glass-and-stainless-steel prism that bursts into life throughout the show.
