Themed "Citarasa Warisan", the Maya Brasserie will be serving home-styled sweets and savory favourites accompanied with a selection of ineternational and local delicacies to delight your palates.

Chef Hasbullah Sabani (Chef de Cuisine) together with the Maya Brasserie kitchen team will be whipping up servings of authentic traditional dishes for this promotion.

Among favourites that will be served includes Nasi Biriyani, Tetel Rebung Madu, Ayam Masak Ungkep, Pari Bakar Cekur, Ikan Jelawat Masak Kensom, Kerabu Jantung Pisang Berudang, Kerabu Cendawan Goring, Rebung Masak Lemak Belimbing Buluh, Udang Harimau Masak Lemak Nenas, Ayam Masak Gulai Tempoyak and Ayam Masak Lemak Nangka Muda.

Diners can also look forward to delicious local hot servings of Ayam Masak Lemak Kelio, Sambal Udang Galah, Mee Sup Utara and Asam Laksa.

For desserts, among the selections are Bubur Menado, Serawa Durian, bubur Pulut Hitam, ais Kacang, Cendol and many more.
