The nationwide McDonald’s Storytelling Contest Live Auditions Tour has finally ended last weekend in the central region held in McDonald’s Putrajaya and McDonald’s Titiwangsa respectively. Now, the heat is on to find the show’s final contestants for the Grand Finale with RM70,000.00 worth of prizes to be won including a family holiday to Warner Bros Movie World theme park in Australia as the grand prize. The treats for tea feature festive items, both sweet and savoury, and are presented in a tiered tray. The savoury treats include Maine Lobster Salad in Brioche, Honey Glazed Turkey with Cranberry Chutney and Saffron Roll, Salmon Rillette with Crostini and Ikura, Smoked Duck with Sweet Onion Jam Tartlet and Creamy Veal and Cep Mushroom Pie.

Sunday is a special day for dining with family and friends and there is no better place to be than at the Lobby Lounge, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. A wide variety of scrumptious food from different cuisines are on the Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet at the Lobby Lounge. At the Lunch Buffet there will also be play activities for children while at the Dinner Buffet, a live band performs as you dine. Lunch is from 12 noon to 3pm while dinner is from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Both the Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet are priced at RM140 nett for adults, and RM70 nett for children.

In the last few weeks, Everyday Food I Love was invited to an art exhibition at the Players Club Kuala Lumpur (TPCKL). It was held at the Piano Lounge from 26th - 30th October and featured arts of six artist from six countries in Southeast Asia; Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
