NEW DIMSUM MENU AT SHANG PALACE, SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR

Shang Palace at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur has introduced new varieties of delectable pork-free dim sum. These make up more than 50 varieties of dimsum to choose from for a delightful lunch daily or Sunday brunch at Shang Palace.

The new dimsum varieties include Steamed Chicken Dumpling with premium braised Chilean abalone, Steamed Crystal Prawn Dumplings with black truffles, Chef’s Signature Dumplings with sea cucumber and grilled eel and Seafood Dumpling in wild mushroom broth with fish maw and dried scallops.

Other new dimsum to try are the Deepfried Prawn Balls, and Deepfried Hakka Stuffed Beancurd with chicken and prawn filling.

Some of the new dimsum desserts are the golden lotus seed paste buns with salted egg yolk and ginger soup with red dates and black sesame seed dumplings.
Pork-free dimsum is served at Shang Palace from Monday to Saturday from 12noon to 2.30pm, and from 10.30am to 2.30pm on Sunday and public holidays. For reservations or more information, call (03) 2074 3904 or email [email protected] or visit our site at www.shangri-la-specials.com.

For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
