What's better that a good cold, delicious and healthy glass of juice after a strenuous workout? I started my day with an intense 1 hour spin class and needed to hydrate after. Thankfully, there's Juice Works at Mid Valley for me to grab a quick tall glass of juice. Juice Works Malaysia prides itself as a company committed to creating and hand crafting fresh fruit juices and healthy smoothies using only the freshest and most natural ingredients they can lay their hands on.

There are also options for those who are just looking for a refreshing but healthy drink on a hot day from their Tropical Paradise, Berry Lovers and Fruit Smashes menu.
 
My friend and I headed to Juice Works at Mid Valley after our workout at the gym for a healthy, hydrating and refreshing catch up session.

I got myself the Red Dragon today, which is one of my favourites. The Red Dragon contains red dragon fruit and lychee - 2 of my favourite fruits! I got Power size which is reasonably priced at 13.75! My friend tried out the Lychee Cooler and gave it two thumbs up as well. The Power size for a Lychee Cooler is priced at only RM9.50.

If you sprain or strain a muscle or break your bones, you should make a trip to this famous Traditional Bone Specialist Chin Yek Leong 2nd Generation in Hulu Langat which is well known to treat such an ailment. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
