The vertical poles indicate the bamboo poles which is found abundantly in Sabah, hence it is supposed to signify abundance of good things to come. Also it looks sexy if you ask me.

The decor include meticulous design on the ceiling which looks like fishes in the sea, again, to signify abundace.

This coffee bar is where you can get barrista-styled artisan coffee while you muse at the long log table. By night it transforms into an actual bar, where you can choose the poison you fancy...and muse the strategy for the night- at the log table.

This corner comes alive with top notch bands belting out their rendition of latest hits and classic tunes.

Have a sweet tooth? Latest Recipe has all the beautifully hand crafted pastries and sweets to fill your desires.

 

 

 

 

FAVOLA ITALIAN RESTAURANT

Latest promotion from Le Meridien.

If you prefer a more secluded and dining, this Italian restaurant named Favola will serve you just fine. If you feel like you are entombed in a cave, then you are actually spot on. The actual granite rocks that line the walls is give you the cooling sensation of in a cave, mimicking the many caves we have in Sabah, just like in the fabled tales of old, which suits its namesake.

This large ballroom can accommodate many, but it can also be partitioned for smaller parties. 

The poolside bar and Cafe called Azure, is a different tone altogether, a fun, lazy and recreational space, where people come to forget about work, business and school and just enjoy the azure sky and watch the sunset mindlessly. Where worries are set aside and the company you keep are the most important at this very moment.

 

Go for a leisurely swim while you sip in a pina colada or two, have some sandwich and chips, here, you make the rules.

 

Or if you prefer to not miss out on exercise routine, the gym is armed to the teeth, you won't skip chest day, leg day, back day...all but sleep day.
