Mixed Pork Soup with Kon Lau Mee
Their special induced recipe consists of a bowlful noodle accompanied by the usual pork intestines, pork meat, liver, pork ball and veggies. The ingredients brings nice flavouring to the soup, making it sweet but not greasy.
The Kon Lau Mee is the highlight of the Sang Nyuk Mee. It was sweetish in flavour but tasted perfectly good with the pork soup.
Kuching Laksa
If you don't favour Sang Nyuk Mee, you can also try out various fried dishes and Kuching Laksa. Their Kuching Laksa was unexpectedly great in taste. The Kuching Laksa consists of rice vermicelli accompanied by bean sprouts, shredded omelette, prawns and shredded chicken, drenched in an incredible rich, creamy and aromatic Laksa's broth. To further enhance the flavour, you can add some lime juice and Sambal (chili paste) before consumption.
Another good thing about this place is the price. For all the food and drinks you see here, it only costs RM20 to the dot.
