Menggatal Paza Part 2

In this second part of series involving Menggatal Plaza, we bring you yet more eateries that you can find here. Just minutes away from the city centre, is a gem of a plaza of shoplots that is just welcoming foodies with open arm and glorious food they have to offer. So make your way up to Menggatal Plaza, remember, dekat saja bah!

Today we introduce to you 99 Kopitiam. This like a mini food court within a restaurant, where apart from the main anchor shop, has lots of food stalls offering a mind blowing selection of food. 

 

Butter Chicken Rice

They have noodles cooked in various ways, chicken rice, economy rice, dim sum, and Malay Rojak and Soto. While the anchor shop makes dish ala Kung Fu...you know...the one with the huge wok and high pressure fire that literally needs kung fu moves...yes those kind of cooking results in awesome flavour and texture.

 

Just few meters next to 99 Kopitiam is the famous Anak Mami, offering a myriad of Malay and Muslim Indian cuisines. Famed for it's nasi Briyani, people come here in droves to have a taste of their rich flavour and depth of taste. Of course, how can we ignore their roti canai, one of the best in town with crunchy edges and firm texture. Also try out their many more goreng-goreng dishes (stir fry with a bit of kung fu as well we reckon)
