For appetisers, indulge in Serunding Daging, Acar Udang, Ulam Kampung, Rojak, Gado-Gado and the different types of kerabu such as Kerabu Jantung Pisang Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Pucuk Paku dengan Taugeh, and Kerabu Daun Selom dan Udang. Local snacks such as Keropok Lekor, Cempedak Goreng and Otak-Otak are also available.
Warm up to a selection of soups such as Sup Tulang Rawan, Sup Kambing dengan Ubi Kentang, Sup Ekor Sapi dengan Ubi Kentang, Soto Ayam and Sup Makanan Laut Bersantan or sample our delicious Bubur Lambok, a traditional Malay porridge and be prepared for more to come.
Next, relish in a variety of main courses that includes the traditional Lemang, Rendang Daging, Ayam Kurma Seri Melayu, Sambal Udang Galah, Ikan Bakar Pais, Gulai Kawah Rusuk dan Rebung, Nasi Minyak, Chicken and Beef Satay, Murtabak, Roti Canai, and Kari Ayam, just to name a few.
If you are in favour of sampling international cuisine, delight in a melting pot of dishes featured at the grill, wok, noodle and tandoor station. These selections include a variety of pizzas, Roasted Tandoori Marinated Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Wok Fried Beef with Black Bean Sauce, Penne Giardinera, Stir Fried Noodles with Sliced Beef and Bean Sprouts, Vegetable Briyani, Northern Indian Sauteed Prawns, Mutton Curry with Roasted Coconut and much more.
End your meal with traditional desserts all lusciously presented at Mosaic’s dessert island as well as Lounge on the Park. With selections such as Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Jagung Bersago, Pengat Keledek, dates, Malay kuih, Ice Kacang, Chilled Chendol with Red Bean and more, diners are sure to be going back for seconds. One of the highlights of the ‘buka puasa’ spread at Mosaic is the special showcase of local fruits such as durian and mangosteens, all presented at the outdoor terrace of Lounge on the Park.
The Buka Puasa buffet is priced at RM178 nett per person at Mosaic. For a tinge of festivity amidst an exclusive backdrop, groups of four and above can enjoy Buka Puasa in the Diamond Ballroom from 3 to 17 July 2015 at RM162 nett per person.
