Shi Yue Tian claypot rice is cooked with no ordinary gas burners but instead with traditional clay charcoal stoves. The nice aromas from the ingredients and gravy are slowly simmered to perfection and sealed inside the claypot with low fired heat of charcoal stove.

Claypot Rice
Ingredients were steamed to perfection inside the claypot, generously cut portions of chicken, thin slices of preserved chinese pork sausages and salted fish served with rice flavored with soy sauce seasonings and garnished with chopped spring onions. Cooking with charcoal burning clay stoves gave the claypot rice a distinctive and smoky flavor. The chicken was still tender and juicy.

They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
