We had banana leaf rice as our dinner at K.Sanba's, we ordered Chicken Curry and Curry Fish Head, the food had amazing flavor here especially their curry. The ambience is great, not stuffy, service was fast and parking was ample too. Bala's the restaurant owner and the staff here are very friendly and attentive to every table, you'll get a good interaction with Bala when you ordering your meal, he'll recommend you what to order.

Western science is starting to provide some concrete clues as to how yoga works to improve health, heal aches and pains, and keep sickness at bay. Once you understand them, you'll have even more motivation to step onto your mat, and you probably won't feel so tongue-tied the next time someone wants Western proof.

Yoga with the combination of Pilates techniques will get you the body you always wanted, nothing comes easy, first you have to learn and understand the functions of your core muscles, the activation of your pelvic muscles and how to keep your spine long. It's the fastest way for postural corrections, ease the back pain, toning up you abdominal muscles, strengthening you inner muscles, elongate your outer part of muscles and getting you a slim & tall body.

Romans like their coffee fast, strong and burning hot. They gulp it down, on the run. Drink and go that's the philosophy. It’s part of the lifestyle, a persistent aroma that envelopes people from morning till after dinner. Many Romans drink five or more espressos per day. Bars and cafés are their temples. So it’s hard to rate the best. This is the best example of the classical Roman bar: tiny, plain, familiar. Drinking an average of some 6,000 coffees a day, clients range from all places have had coffee here.

Gaya Street (Sunday Market) is the place to go on Sunday mornings for some retail therapy. It is located at the Kota Kinabalu Central Business District which has served as the centre for businesses for over a hundred years. Gaya Street is closed off to traffic every Sunday morning to make way for the fair. You can buy almost everything here. There are stalls which sell arts, craft, food, fruits, antiques and so much more. This indeed is the best place to experience the culture and the lives of the Sabahan families on a Sunday outing. The Gaya Street Fair starts as early as 6am in the morning until 1pm in the afternoon.

The Colosseum is probably the most famous landmark in Rome. Built in the 1st century AD, this great arena could seat 45,000 spectators and was the largest Roman amphitheater in the world. It hosted gladiatorial combats, spectacles with wild beasts and possibly the execution of early Christians. Throughout the Middle Ages, the Colosseum was believed to be a place of martyrdom and was therefore regarded as a sacred place.

Hakkas have a distinctive culture and history, with a lineage believed to be the decendants of the northern Hans people living in Shanxi, Henan and Hebei. As the named 'Hak' means 'guest' in Chinese character, as they are newcomers when they fled south plagued by wars and disasters during Eastern Jin Dynasty. Hakka cuisine, to some extent, was greatly influenced by their culture and living conditions during the migration. When fertile area had already been occupied by the locals, they need to roam far and wide for agricultural land. It required great physical strength. Hence traditional Hakka cuisine has these characteristics : salty, oily, flavourful and preserved.

Nasi Kandar is a popular northern Malaysian dish, which originates from Penang. It is a meal of steamed rice which can be plain or mildly flavored, and served with a variety of curries and side dishes. In KK, Nasi Kandar is not widely available. However, it could still be find in Nasi Kandar Anak Mami which had two branches located in Bundusan and Lintas respectively.
