Tian Wai Tian Mala Steamboat offers great selection of fresh food and their soup is just fabulously spicy. The throng of people that frequent this restaurant is testament enough of its value for money. Queuing for a table is not uncommon, but it is definitely worth the wait. You shouldn't have to wait too long, because the 2 hour time limit for each diner ensures and fast turn around time.

There are many soup base selection, but a definite must have is the Ma la, which literally translates into numbing spiciness. The reddish soup is the spicy goodness that is in the spotlight. The spicy soup is fragrant that lightly kicks you at the back at the head, but in a rather pleasant and gentle way.
The dizzying array of fresh vegetables, meat and seafood is really worth the wait for a table. Top of the line ice cream selection and delicious home made cakes and sweets are also a definite plus point that has never failed to lure visitors from everywhere.
Now, on top of the veges, meat and seafood that you pick and mix from the open face fridge, you can ask the friendly waiters for a plate of thinly cut premium meat. And YES, it's free-flow.
