Fragrantly good coconut milk steamed rice accompanied by mild spicy Sambal, crispy and juicy Fried Chicken, roasted peanuts, hard-boiled egg, fried anchovies, cucumber slices and papadum, is a scrumptious meal that is simply irresistible. Being a Malaysian, Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken has always been my favourite meal. It could keep me satisfied all day long.
