SK2 Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant caters to the local neighbourhood in Beverly. Like any common Chinese restaurants in KK, SK2 Restaurant serves varieties of Chinese dishes and seafood dishes.

Located in Wong Kok Commercial Centre, Jing Cheng Restaurant is a hidden gem in KK, serving delicious Chinese food. The signature Assam Fish was once mentioned in Star Metro back in 2010.

Hop In Cafe in Likas is a cafe frequented mostly by students around the area, offering affordable and varieties of ala-carte dishes; from roti canai, soto, fried rice, fried noodle to grilled chicken wing and tom yam.

Kedai Kopi How Kee is another good place for a bowl of heart warming 'Yu Chap' aka Mixed Fish Noodle in the morning. This fish soup feature a tomato base with light, refreshing and appetizing flavours.

If all of the above mentioned wasn't good enough, you can also order from their a-la carte menu with choices ranging from tofu to the ever popular salmon sashimi.

Gam Tong Hong Kong Recipe Restaurant is well-known for its delicious prawn dumplings, springy egg noodle and spinach noodle. Available on their extended Menu are some delicious Dim Sum, perfect for brunch or during tea time.

Kim Bab Korean Food Cafe is the latest addition to 1Borneo Hypermall. This cafe is located opposite of CFC City Food Corner, serving authentic Korean cuisine. For budget eaters, the cafe also offer meal set at the price of RM10.00.

The Warung in Mid Valley Megamall is my favourite place for local delights. From Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Nasi Tumpang to Maggi Mee Goreng and Mee Rebus, you can always get your most favourite comfort food here.

Restoran Foh Chuan is a famous place for Tenom's cuisine, located in Bundusan. The signature dishes of the restaurant include the Stir-fried Tenom Noodle Wet Style, Kon Lau Mee and Beancurd with Pork. The restaurant opened as early as 7am and closed at 2pm daily.

GF Sarawak Recipe is located at the Gourmet Lane in 1Borneo. The restaurant offers variety of valuable Seafood Set Meal as well as ala carte dishes at reasonable price.

Spotted a sign on Via Nazionale of a Chinese restaurant, tucked away just off the main road, the entrance down an alley way behind a newspaper stand is not the most inviting, but it more than makes up for this with the food, which was really good. Well I think is worth a visit if you like Chinese food. Food here are generous and tasty. The service was rapid and the staff was friendly. Our dinner was quite good, actually, the taste not adjusted for European taste, and for Rome not expensive.

This restaurant is famed for handmade noodles in starchy black soy sauce together with vegetables, meat and pork lard or better known as Loh Mee and another specialty dish here is the Fried Fish Cake comes with a sweet and spicy dip sauce. Beaufort Noodle is a local delicacy you can easily find in KK. Apart from the already well-known Yu Hing Restaurant, KK Beaufort Restaurant also specialized in Beaufort cuisine in Hilltop.

Pasar Malam, literally translated as Night Market, is a street market that usually opens in the evening once a week in residential neighbourhood. It brings together a collection of stalls that usually sell goods such as fruits, vegetables, snacks, toys, clothes, shoes, alarm clocks, and ornaments at cheap or at least reasonable prices.

Traditional Kadazan cuisine makes excellent use of a variety of wild jungle ingredients such as bamboo shoots and palm sago, yet employs little use of oil. From simple appetisers of unripe mango with prawn paste, salt and chili to a variety of pickled foods collectively known as “noonsom”, tangy and pungent flavours from souring agents or fermentation techniques is a key characteristic of traditional Kadazan cooking.

Ah Fatt Penang Koay Teow Soup's stall in Kuan Onn Tim Sum serve one of the best koay teow soup you can find in KK. Crowded in the morning, the restaurant is always filled with patrons enjoying a hearty, tummy-warming bowl of Koay Teow Soup.

Tucked in the neighbourhood of Kampung Likas, D'KL Restaurant is famous for its authentic Indonesian cuisine. Signature dishes of the restaurant include the Ayam Penyet and Ayam Bakar

Nando's, a famous chain restaurant specialized in flame-grilled Peri Peri Chicken, has opened their very first outlet in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Located at the LG floor of 1Borneo Shopping Mall, the restaurant draw a huge crowds daily.

Kedai Kopi Kam Kee is a restaurant frequented by locals around the neighbourhood. Apart from its signature Hokkien Mee, the restaurant also well-known for its affordable price and varieties of dishes.

Kim Fah Restaurant serve great Chinese cuisines at an affordable price.  Their excellent service and extensive choices of Chinese cuisine are the main attraction of this family-friendly restaurant.

Pan Mee at Lido is one of the best I can find in KK, so far. Being my personal favourite, you will find me visiting this particular kopitiam at least once in a month. Known as Kedai Kopi (Pan Mien) Lido, the stall open as early as in the morning catering to market goers till late night.

This is one of the neighbourhood most visited noodle shop, it serve some reasonable good and tasty noodles and rice dishes. Most diners here select this place for a fast, good, delicious and cheap food during lunch hour.

Whether it’s for breakfast or lunch, dim sum is one of the most delicious Chinese cuisine to have when you’re craving for something to munch on. In Klang there are a handful of dim sum restaurants, but it’s sometimes hard to look for the right one. Restoran Taman Rahsna located Jalan Batu Tiga, well-known for their big portions, contemporary touch to traditional favorites by incorporating bacon, reasonable pice and good service, so it’s really a bang for your buck. To compliment your fine dim sum, order it with a refreshing pot of Chinese Tea.

Soon Kee Seafood Restaurant is a Chinese style restaurant which is famous for their fresh seafood with a cheap price tag and big portion size. However, be prepared for a noisy environment cause it is always there over crowded with customers.
