Kung Pow Chicken, RM14.90
Kung Pow Chicken is a dish consists of chicken cubes cooked with dried chili, pepper corns, cucumber and peanut in a sweet-savoury sauce. Its savoury and mild spicy flavour goes well with rice.
Fried Baby Kailan, RM9.90
Fried Cabbage with Pork Belly, RM13.90
The cabbage stir-fried with pork belly was a perfect combination. The cabbage was sweet and juicy while the pork belly brings a nice aromatic and savoury flavour to the dish.
Mapo Tofu, RM11.90
A famous Sze Chuan's dish, Mapo Tofu is a beancurd dish cooked in spicy bean paste sauce. The spicy and 'numbing' flavour of the peppercorn gave the dish a uniquely good flavours.
Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet, RM18.90
Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet is a really hot and spicy dish with savoury flavour. Boiled vegetables are placed at the bottom of the serving bowl. This dish maintains tenderness of the fish by poaching it instead of stir frying. It offers a good combination of juicy fish, freshness of vegetable, hot spicy flavour of chili pepper, and numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper.
