Ah Wang Bak Kut Teh . Steamed Fish Head @ Old Klang Road
There are a lots of good food located at Old Klang Road area, most particularly good in bak kut teh and steamed fish. Many restaurants that stretched along winding road, dozens of it. Finding the right place can be a bit tricky. This is my regular place for steamed fish place and is highly recommended by many. Ah Wang Bak Kut Teh, it's located at the road side under the fly over right before Scott Garden. Although this place is named Ah Wang Bak Kut The but their signature dish is actually the steamed fish head in 4 options of sauces (assam, bean paste, ginger or soy sauce). This is a must visit or dining place for every trip I'm in KL. Heavenly good steamed fish head, highly recommended you order Assam and Bean Paste Sauce for your steamed fish head, try it!

Salty, spicy and fragrantly good sauce, a perfect combination of ingredients, fish was fresh without muddy taste and topped with lots of chopped garlics, ginger, black beans and garnished with tomato and parsley.
Assam Steamed Fish Head (L), RM31
Assam steamed fish head was covered from head to fin with finely pounded assam gravy which was a perfect blend, the fish was fresh without any‘earth-y’ taste and topped with some petai. Highly recommended.
Soy Steamed Fish Head (M), RM27
Soy steamed fish head with lots of chopped ginger, cili padi here and chopped scallions as garnishing, this fish head steamed to a tender finish. There's a mild ‘muddy/earthy’ taste and the sauce is a little if you sipped it but it’s best to complement the fish with a bowl of plain rice
