Stir fried frog leg with ginger and onion
Although frog is an exotic type of meat, it could be easily accepted by beginners as it tasted pretty similar with chicken meat. Usually, frog meat is cooked in a heavy flavoured sauce to eliminated its unpleasant smell. Stir-fried with ginger and onion, its brings a nice flavouring and fragrant to the smooth, tender and juicy frog leg.
Kung Pao Frog Leg
Another heavy flavoured dish was the Kung Pao Frog Leg. I, personally love the tender and juicy frog meat in sweetish and mild spicy dark sauce. It tasted good on its own but even better if you eat it with rice.
Lettuce
Steamed Fish
TABIB CINA CHIN KEE SIONG
The Steamed Fish topped with fried garlic and chilli, garnished with coriander, tasted fragrantly good and irresistible. The garlicky gravy was savoury-sweet in taste with mild spiciness, it match perfectly with the fish.
