Simple Life serve vegetarian meals which are organic, natural and most importantly, nutritious caters to the health-conscious people of today. Simple Life's co-founder Mdm Tracy Ngo has developed healthy recipes by adopting more natural ingredients in the menu, without compromising taste and aesthetic values. One good example would be their chef’s recommendation nasi lemak, which is completely vegetarian. Cooked with extra virgin coconut oil, with sambal made from carrots and cabbage, it is both spicy and delicious, resembling the usual nasi lemak.

Tracy Ngo's recipe is a renowned health- conscious chef in Melaka and is also an expert in developing recipes which are a fusion of tastes and flavors of the East and West. Her special and unique dishes have caught the attention of many, and have attracted a wide range of customers. Famous dishes include Lei Cha with Brown Rice, Ginger Extract with Brown Rice Mee Sua, Vegetarian Nasi Lemak, Curry Laksa and Popiah.
Simple Life ensure that all their meals are 100% organic and natural, avoiding artificial flavoring or coloring, additives, preservatives and most importantly MSG (monosodium glutamate). By the use of healthy ingredients such as brown rice, multi-grains, herbs, legumes and lots of vegetables in all the dishes.
Simple Life's emphasizes on 4 core principles of healthy eating, which are low in salt (sodium), low in sugar, low in oil and high in fiber; with the adhere to the following regimes when preparing the dishes, only serve foods with natural and organic ingredients which are pesticide-free, using brown sugar in cooking instead of refined sugar - which can cause indigestion, avoid using coconut milk for cooking curry (replace with cashew nut powder which is similar in taste), cooking with extra virgin coconut oil, recommending good carbs to customer eg.
