Hyatt Regency Kinabalu recently hosted a decadent Italian affair of fine wines and good food featuring specialist Italian vineyard Cascina La Ghersa. This is the 3rd wine event Hyatt has hosted within a month since the opening of its wine boutique, Just Wine, in effort to promote wine and food appreciation.
To best showcase the wines, a fourth generation vineyard owner, Massimo Pastura introduces his own wine offerings, from his 22 hectare vineyard in Piedmont, Italy, dedicated to producing Barbera d'Asti wines but not neglecting other varieties.
