Traditional Iced Coffee with Condense Milk, VD29,000
Me and mum often stop by for tall, sweet, cold glasses of traditional Vietnamese iced coffee (called cà phê đá or ‘coffee ice’, or cà phê sữa đá when it’s with milk) in Ho Chi Minh City, it was quite addictive. Made from Vietnamese-grown dark roast coffee beans, the coffee is first brewed in a French-style drip filter, which is poured into a glass of ice to which sweetened condensed milk is then added and stirred.
