Restaurant Kuo Man is located along Jalan Tuaran, about one and half mile away from Kota Kinabalu. It is one of Kota Kinabalu best noodle houses which has been established for more than 30 years. Famous for its Dry Noodles with Beef Slices, Dry Noodles with Fish and Fresh Prawn, Dry Noodle with Mixed Pork and porridge, the restaurant is always crowded especially during breakfast hours.

Fish Fillet, Fish Paste and Prawn Soup
Fresh and thickly cut fish fillet, homemade fresh and springy fish paste and succulent fresh prawn served in clear soup, are the signature dish of Kuo Man. The freshness of the seafood is the secret behind the good taste.
Mixed Pork Soup
Pork meats together with its innards drenched in flavourful clear soup, is another delicious dish you can find in Kuo Man. It is a bowl full of porky goodness and best served with Kon Lau Mee.
Ngiu Chap
Well, Ngiu Chap was not a usual dish ones will order in Kuo Man. However, the taste of the dish wasn't a disappointment. The beef and its innards was cooked till soft and tender while its broth consist of a really strong and beefy flavour.

Ok..except, for rm10, they serve snack-size saucers for the noodles and the fish bowls are also small...
