Siew Mai King
Siew Mai King consists of minced pork and succulent prawn wrapped in a thin wheat flour wrapper, steamed in a round bamboo basket. It is juicy and flavoursome.
Big Pau
These Big Pau is filled with pork, chicken, hard-boiled egg wedges, turnip pieces and mushroom. The fluffy bun with juicy and slightly sweetish filling is delicious.
Mini Egg Tart
Flaky and crispy pastry filled with smooth and sweetened egg custard is a sweet delicacy you can find at the Dim Sum's cart.
Stir-fried Carrot Cake
The Carrot Cake is made from mashed radish mixed with bits of dried shrimp, Chinese sausage, and rice flour, steamed to perfection, then cut into slices and stir-fried with bean sprouts, pickled radish and egg. It has a nice fragrant and savoury in taste.
