Bibimbap with Pork, RM14.00 + add on 1 plain rice, RM2.00
Bibimbap is a dish listed at number 40 on World's 50 most delicious foods readers' poll compiled by CNN Go in 2011. The word Bibimbap, literally means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste) with a raw egg and meat (pork, beef or chicken). The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. It tasted fragrantly good with slightly sweetish and mild spicy. Personally, I like the crunchy bits of rice which stick at the side of the pot.
Kimchi Soup with Pork, RM17.00
Kimchi soup is a savoury-spicy soup base. Cooked with pork and tofu, the soup could stimulate your appetite while keeping your body warm.
