Bak Kut Teh (Small)
If you fancy something soupy, the normal Bak Kut Teh with Mixed Pork is a good choice. The broth was strongly infused with herbs and spices while the pork were tender and nice.
Dry Bak Kut Teh (Small)
The Dry Bak Kut Teh was fragrantly good with sweet-savoury and mild spiciness. It was cooked with pork, dried cuttlefish, winged bean and dried chili in dark soy sauce. It is a special and delicious dish.
Beancurd Puff
Lettuces
The blanched lettuces with oyster sauce topped with shellfish.
Sprouts
Garlic Rice
Instead of normal steamed rice, you can also opt for a more flavourful Garlic rice which tasted fragrantly good.
