Last Saturday 14th July 2012 morning, me (www.petitemodel87.blogspot.com) and Melisa (www.foodloh.com) were invited to the media launch of the Maggi Mi Goreng on behalf of Everyday Food I Love. Introducing the new Maggi Mi Goreng Kari Ori, the launch saw celebrity chef Chef Muluk, local singer Clarice John Matha and the finalists of Miss Scuba Sabah 2012 urging the crowd of Maggi fans to Rediscover Mi Goreng, while celebrating yet another way of enjoying the well-loved instant noodles.

Huge Cafe, is actually a small eatery, located at the corner of Damai plaza, nearest to Glory Church. The namesake derives from its huge burgers, so huge that Adam Richman would himself throw down the towel, well, maybe not really, but he'll come close. Being big eater’s we relish at the invitation to review this restaurant.

Tucked in a corner of Towering, lies an unassuming yet cosy little eatery called the Red place. At first glance, one could be forgiven for expecting Chinese dishes on the menu, not least judging from its namesake. We were invited to review a nice and cosy restaurant tucked on the fringe of town. This nice restaurant also serves awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tai Thong Mooncake, Malaysia’s leading mooncake brand hosted an exclusive mooncake making workshop at Imperial City Restaurant, Cheras where four big-hearted local celebrities (Veteran actor Cheng Kam Cheong and actress Lai Meng, together with singer Christopher Lay and radio DJ Jym Chong) made mooncakes and donated them to an old folks’ home.

Entertainment company A Creations will be bringing Japanese rock musician and visual kei artiste Miyavi to Malaysia for a live concert exclusively at The Stage, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur, on 25th July 2012

We at KK here have benefited from the large presence of Koreans. Save for the recent unsavoury arsonist incident, this community have otherwise been peaceful and contributed a lot to our local economy. One such economic entity would be Bintulu Korean restaurant, serving authentic Korean Cuisine. It’s proprietor, Mr.Han, through our hard working contact, Mr. Alfred Allen, has invited us to feast and try out his interpretation of Korean Cuisine.

Steamboat is a fun way to enjoy variety of food, hangout with friends and gathering everyone to share a meal and memories. You can place items into the hot pot at a relaxed, leisurely pace, enjoying the cooking process, while chit-chatting with friends.

Kasih Sayang Boutique Health Resort and Spa is a very nice and cooling place. The view is simply majestic, with breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu, Crocker range and Kota Kinabalu city. The serenity and fresh air is probably why this place is dubbed health and wellness resort.

I did Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates daily now, it's my new workout routine to improve my own yoga practice to a whole new level. The yoga move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale will create a flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. It allow for a lot of variety of movement, not just stretching  but will certainly include Sun Salutations. Whether it is fast or slow, meditation is included in the practice, it 's very alignment-oriented. I love Pilates too cause most of the workout are involving core muscles, t he core mucles are used to stabilize the thorax and the pelvis during dynamic movement and it also provides internal pressure to expel substances (vomit, feces, carbon-laden air, etc.).

Kudos serve a mix of English, Spanish, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Daily specials and weekly two course express set lunch menu are available. The team were once again invited by the proprietor to sample some of their best desserts.

We were happy to be introduced to a rather new eatery at Sadong Jaya by Alvin Hii. The restaurant in today's review is Allisa Cafe. A cozy eatery serving a wide array of Malay dish. As such, the owner graciously invited us to dig in into some of their signature dishes.
