Claypot Bak Kut Teh
The soup bak kut teh has a good balance of flavours and aroma. The broth was just nice and had a lovely herbal fragrance without being overpowering. The pork belly was tender and paired nicely with the herbal broth. Even the pork ribs were tasty and fell off the bone easily.

Claypot Dry Bak Kut Teh
The dry bak kut teh comprised tender pork belly slices, okra and red chilli, cooked with dark soy sauce, Chinese herbs and dried cuttlefish for extra aroma. It was cooked to a caramelized and well-coated the fatty pork belly. It was a spicy and rich in flavor dish.
Trotter in Vinegar
The pig’s trotters (aka pork knuckles) are so moist, tender and succulent after the slow cooking in the tasty sweetened black vinegar. The natural collagen of pig’s trotters is very good for our health too
Blanched Romaine Lettuce
Total paid for dinner, RM50.70
