The Uma Balinese Restaurant @ The Strand, Kota Damansara
The Uma is run by the Chef Yau Chan cum the owner himself, having spent 8 years of working in Indonesia to learn and brings the Balinese recipe back to Malaysia. The Uma serves authentic Balinese cuisine commonly available during festive celebrations with an extensive menu, from a la carte to set meal. The Uma occupies 2 floors of a shoplot decorated with contemporary Balinese style to create a relaxing ambience and providing good food in cosy environment.

Nicely served in a bamboo basket containing 3 main dishes, various side dishes and with a choice of rice.Main dishes:

The satay was lean and chewy, but more flavor
The grilled pork ribs were tender with a sweet, smokey flavor.
