To many Pan Mee's lovers in KK, Kedai Kopi Xing Wan is a place they will never missed. The restaurant have been given a major facelift in terms of interior and exterior about 2 years back, hence, it is now a new and modern place for a decent bowl of Pan Mee.

Pan Mee (flat strips) with Minced Pork and Wantan, RM5.50
When ordering Pan Mee at Kedai Kopi Xing Wan,you can pick your favourite type of noodle with your favourite ingredients. Flat strips noodle is the most common type of noodle when comes to Pan Mee. Its smooth and nice texture tasted good in soup as well as Kon Lau style. Apart from the main ingredients, minced pork and wantan (depend on your order), the Pan Mee was also accompanied by sweet potato leaves, fried anchovies and mushroom. Overall, the Pan Mee not only comes with generous ingredients but also with great taste.

As for my personal preference, I had always love the Torn type of noodle which the dough was flatten and torn into pieces. The noodle tasted smooth with a really nice biting texture. It is also the most traditional way of eating Pan Mee.
