Wing Hiong Bak Kut Teh, one of the famous BKT originated from Klang which is now a franchise chains, it has been around for 27 years. Their main kitchen is located in Puchong, ingredients are prepared fresh daily and deliver to every outlet early in the morning, this is to ensure their quality control of the food. Wing Hiong BKT at Sri Petaling has been in operation for about 8 months and their business has been growing since, or you can drop by at another new outlet in Jalan Yap Ah Shak (near Heritage row) just around 1 month old. You can spot many regular customers and even some local celebrities frequent to this restaurant. They had featured in many Chinese newspapers (Sin Chew Jit Pao, China Press) and magazines. Highly Recommended Signature Dishes: Steamed Lala, Steamed Tilapia Fish, Dry Bak Kut Teh and of course, their Claypot Bak Kut Teh.

Dry Claypot Bak Kut Teh, RM 13.00 (per person)
The aromatic Dry BKT with thick gravy, more tastier than the soup version but wasn't oily at all. The meat has completely absorbed all the thick gravy with savory and sweet flavors, this dish was loaded with ingredients like dried chilies, okras and dried squid

Claypot Bah Kut, RM13.00 (per person) 
The pipping hot soup served in claypot was rich and full of aroma, the ingredients like pork belly, ribs, stomach, intestines and beancurd sheets were cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and flavorful. The soup here was thick and dark in color but the herbal taste was not too overwhelming. Soup refills are available upon request.
 
 
Steamed Lala, RM 22 
One of their Signature dish here, fresh Lala (clams) are deliver all the way from Pulau Ketam, Klang. Fresh and huge in size Lala steamed with garlic, chilies and Chinese wine. Must Try Dish!!
