Restoran Tin Sum @ OUG
Breakfast at OUG, this is the perfect place to go for dim sum, it's run by a Foo Chow family. The food here is pretty good, it wasn't a royal dim sum, but tastes are marginally better than the regular dim sum places. Do expect a big crowd here or it's either earlier or later that you can easily find a table. Anyway, it won't take too long to wait too.

This is highly recommended, generous ingredients and fantastic flavor gravy and the bottom part of glutinous rice completely absorbed the flavor.
