Sinario Cafe 2 in Alamesra is a halal cafe serving both Malay and Western cuisine. The variety of dishes including but not limited to satays, grilled chicken wing, burger, chicken chop, rice and noodles.

Dim sums have always been local Chinese favorites, especially during weekend where family will gather together for a good dim sums while catching up. I discovered this restaurant serve up some good dim sums at Taman Desa while wandering around for food. Other than dim sums, they are also serving Chinese dishes and noodles. This restaurant has a simple, clean and friendly setting.

Norita Tom Yam is a Malay's restaurant located in Likas area, Kota Kinabalu. Besides Tom Yam, Sup Tulang (Beef Bone Soup) is another signature dish of the shop.

We were recently invited by the proprietor of a new Taiwanese steamboat restaurant. This fine establishment is located in at Market Place 88, near Austral Park, Kepayan Ridge.

Food Foundry nestled in a tiny corner of Section 17 Happy Mansion apartments is one of PJ’s best kept secrets. Unpretentious and cosy, Food Foundry serves a good mix of pasta, Western dishes, tapas, cakes and mille crepe  being the obvious tea time or dessert favourite among regulars.

One of the most popular eateries in Chinatown, Kim Lian Kee serves good old-fashioned chee cheong fun served in the traditional way with just sweet and spicy sauce and sprinkle of sesame seed. The uniqueness  about this restaurant is that it has a dual role, it's a chee cheong fun stall by day and a Hokkien fried noodle stall by night, with the reputation of "best in town". It is located across the famous air mata kucing stall or Hong Leong Bank.

  Indah Chalet and Restaurant is a major tourists attraction of Dataran Bengkoka in Pitas. Opened in May 2011, the chalet has 16 rooms equipped with air-conditioned and LCD TV, available for renting out at the price of RM80 to RM100 per night.

“WHAT!? Fullhouse is at KK already!?”, a friend asked in Twitter. “I never heard Fullhouse o, very famous one meh?” I replied. “Their desserts are awesome, and they are every where around KL” “Ok let’s go tomorrow!” 12 hours later, I am at Fullhouse, with 4 other friends joining me for restaurant review.

Just Noodles is a restaurant specialized in serving wanton noodle with the price starting from RM3.50 (Small) onwards. The restaurant operated 24 hours a day, hence, it is a perfect place for late night goers who crave for noodle during supper.

Bay View Garden Seafood Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant which had been operated for a very long time in Likas neighbourhood. This humble looking's restaurant is one of my personal favourite place for Claypot Yee Mee.

When comes to Bubble Tea drinks, couldn't be deny that Chatime is one of the few most famous and happening place in KL. Located next to Geographer Restaurant and Bar in IOI Boulevard, the cafe never failed to attract huge crowds during 'yumcha' hours.

Located at the ground floor of The Gardens Mid Valley (outside Isetan), Pastis Cafe has a classy yet comfortable dining ambiance that allows diners to enjoy a beautiful Sunday afternoon's tea. The cafe offers mainly  on light snacks, deli fare, sandwiches, dessert and ice cream as well as some main meals.

Kafe Sinar Baru is a 'family-run' restaurant serving simple Asian food at an affordable prices. Easily spotted by the roadside after the roundabout  to SMC and located next to Cosway, you can hardly miss the yellow signboard of the restaurant.

Fast Food Fish Head is a Chinese restaurant in Seri Petaling, famous for its steamed fresh-water fish. Restoran Fast Food Fish Head serves great steamed fish dishes and specialises in wild river fishes that are caught in Pahang state. One of their bestsellers 'chiu-phai-cheng' (house specialty steam fish) and you can choose any fish you like to go with this steaming style.

  Melvic Grilled Chicken Wing, Wor Tip, Grilled Fish and Stir-fried Noodle, all under one roof  at Kedai Kopi Lotus in Taman Dah Yeh. This restaurant is a hotspot for supper as well as for beer drinkers to enjoy a few pints of beer during the night.

Restoran Ye Look is a famous eat-out place in Sri Petaling, often packed with patrons. This place is good for a quick dinner with family and friends. Restoran Ye Look provide a fast, friendly service and reasonably price good Chinese food.

TC Restoran could be a hidden gem in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. Serving only a limited types of local dishes, this humble looking shop was not one to belittled. Noticeable by the numbers of patrons patronizing the restaurant daily, it'll left you with no doubt trying the food here.

Penang Lam Mee also known as Nyonya Lam Mee in Penang is a traditional nyonya birthday noodles, which signifies long life. The scalded yellow noodles or meehoon and bean sprouts are served in soup, garnished with prawns, sliced pork, fried egg strips and spring onions, and eat with sambal belacan.

The premises of Old China cafe and gallery is actually the old guild hall of the Selangor and Federal Territory Laundry Association. The guild was set up at the turn of the century and moved to this part of Chinatown in the 1920s. Old China Cafe tries to maintain asemblance of the Chinese community’s old social life which will soon fade into history. Old China Cafe serve food that originates from the Baba Nonya communities of Malacca and Penang which features Malay spices as well as Chinese ingredients and cooking techniques.

Mosaic at Mandarin Oriental KL celebrates all things Indonesian from 16 March to 24 March 2012. In collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and Garuda Indonesia, Mosaic introducing an Indonesian Food and Cultural Festival, the cuisine will be prepared by Chef Kusram Deni from Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. Diners will be treated to a wide array of Indonesian dishes with three menus on rotation daily. Price: Lunch is priced at RM88++ per person while dinner is at RM108++ per person (Sunday to Thursday) and RM128++ per person (Friday and Saturday).

The prices at Kedai Kopi Hong Seng are incredibly reasonable and the portion size are huge. It is a place frequented by Everyday Food I Love's team as they always served consistent tasty food.

This mixed rice stall that serves over 50 varieties of vegetables and meats that complement servings of rice. Newly opened located in Kuchai Lama it's in a shoplot. Most working people and residents eat here. Not only are the choices staggering, if you do a mix of different foods every day you could probably run through half a year without repeating all the dishes. Most of the patrons opted for around 3 different types of dishes (typically 2 vegetables + 1 meat). Price range start from RM3 and above, depending on how many dishes you pick from the vast spread. The average price is roughly around the range of RM4 to RM6.50.

Here is my first food post with Everyday Food I Love. So here goes my introduction. My name is Melisa and I am currently working as an interior designer. Brooklyn Restaurant is a new restaurant in 1Borneo replacing the previous New York New York Restaurant. About six months old, Brooklyn Restaurant which specialized in American food such as burgers, hotdogs, pizza, pasta and steak, had recently launched a list of eight, premium burgers with the price ranges from RM19.50+ to RM28.50+.

Korean stall at Food Garden was manned by a Korean Family, it's wonderful chance to eat some authentic Korean food. Koreans are very particular when it comes to healthy eating. The food selection was very simple with just a few dishes to offer, ranging from bibimbap, grilled meats and soupy concoction.

Since my friend told me this place serve good Hokkien mee and they are using charcoal stove to cook their food. This place is near Old Klang Road area and easy to find parking at night. Apart from their popular hokkien mee and wat tan hor, there are some good side dishes to order as well, like fried sotong and fish too.

When come to Char Koay Teow, couldn't be deny that Kedai Kopi Ria is one of the noteworthy place for a decent plate of Char Koay Teow in KK.

Kyung Joo Korean Restaurant oddly located on the third floor, upper level right next to Carl's Jr at Mid Valley. The tradition of Korean restaurant, they always serve you some standard side dishes but in Korea they normally just give us 3 types of kimchi. Over here, you'll get 6 side dishes, and its can be refill. Prices here are quite reasonable.

  New Italian Chef for Villa Danieli "Chef  Alessandro Graziosi" coming soon!!! Villa Danieli has a new menu and Everyday Food I Love is delighted to have been invited for its food tasting event. Villa Danieli is the Italian restaurant of renowned hotel, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur prides itself with serving true Italian cuisine which rouses appetites and leaves one fully satisfied with its authentic selection of Italian dishes.

Restoran Meng Shiang in Taman Cheras is a must-try place, famed for its char siew (BBQ pork) and wantan noodles. I was told that this place serves "the best char siew in Cheras". The owner's husband learnt how to roast char siew from a Hong Kong chef, and the couple have been selling the roast meat for over 20 yrs. Customers can wait up to 30-40 minutes for this delicious wantan noodle. this stall is super popular. Apart from char siew, the stall also serves barbequeued pork ribs, which are a rare treat nowadays. Not many hawkers can produce premium-grade char siew that is tasty and tender. Instead of slicing the slab of char siew, Janet chops them into thick pieces of char siew and served with the noodles.

During the day, Kedai Kopi Hilltop serves the common KKian's breakfast, Yu Chap Mee, or loosely translated as Mixed Fish Noodle. It is one of the famous food in Sabah. While it might not be as popular as the fish noodle in Kedai Kopi Janggut or Jin Jin Seafood Restaurant, the Mixed Fish Noodle at Kedai Kopi Hilltop do has it own unique taste and secret recipe.

Restaurant Choy Kei is a place to find some great hawker food. There are three stalls that are worth mentioning in this restaurant namely the stalls that sells pork noodles, chicken rice and fish head noodles (operated by one of the son of the famous Win Soon Cafe). My personal favourite would be the pork noodles, which serves excellent soup and dry version of pork noodles, it closes around 2pm.

  Damai is a hotspot for delicious hawker's food. Walking through the alley of shops at Damai Plaza Phase 4, filled with tables and chairs, you will noticed the variety of mouth-watering local hawker's food available.

We found a fabulous place for Bak Kut Teh and Steamed Fish Head. The food here not only good but cheap and the service was excellent. This restaurant is located a few shop away from the ever famous "Ah Wang Bak Kut Teh Stall".

Breakfast at OUG, this is the perfect place to go for dim sum, it's run by a Foo Chow family. The food here is pretty good, it wasn't a royal dim sum, but tastes are marginally better than the regular dim sum places. Do expect a big crowd here or it's either earlier or later that you can easily find a table. Anyway, it won't take too long to wait too.

Nam Seng Bak Kut Teh is one of the place which offers a nice decent Bak Kut Teh with friendly and fast service, it is located at Taman Kuchai Jaya. This Bak Kut Teh is a family run business, famous among the neighbourhood and already have their own regulars customer. There is no menu to look at, all you can do is ask for recommendation from the boss. Some BKT dishes are serve in bowl or either claypot and food here are quite reasonable price.

Incredibly cheap food is the word I will use to describe Black Pepper Cafe at Kingfisher. This simple air-conditioned cafe with Wifi service available, offers food and drinks at a really cheap prices. How cheap? Cold drinks such as Teh-O Iced, Kopi-O Iced and Syrup Iced at RM1.20 and Noodle or Rice dish at the price of RM3.50 onwards.

This seafood restaurant at Kuchai Lama is specializes in Stir-fried Shark meat dishes and Norwegian fish cooked in Chinese wine. Honestly, I was not very keen on having shark meat dishes but it's quite healthy as it's low in fat, rich in Omega-3 and this restaurant cooked it well too. The shark meat texture was more like cooked tuna and it was tasteless itself, the intense flavor comes from the sauce which was supposed to compliment the shark meat.

If you are looking for late night food, Kedai Kopi New Hin Kee is one of the restaurant which operate until 1am at Towering area. The restaurant which occupied two units of shop lot, offers variety of food from 'Tai Chow', Soup Noodle to Western Food.
