Restoran Sin Chua Kee @ Kuchai Lama
Sin Chua Kee Seafood Restaurant is a seafood restaurant near Old Klang Road that located at Jalan Kuchai Lama, which just after the Old Klang Road's wet market. A reminder to go early, best to be there by 6pm, if not be prepared for a long wait. I would like say no matter how busy this place is the lady who took our order was very pleasant, service with a smile, it makes everyone happy. We ordered Assam fish ( house special), salted egg crabs, la la in superior soup, prawns cooked in dark soy sauce and a stir-fried vegetable, that's for 3 person dining in.

Salted egg coated the whole crab which give extra flavor to it, this has become a popular method of cooking crab, this culmination of cooking styles and ingredients created by Chinese.

Lightly flavor with Xiao Xing wine and shredded ginger in superior soup, you can completely taste the freshness of the clams.
Steamed Tilapia with Assam Sauce, RM24.00
Assam fish was covered with parsley leaves, there were long beans and pieces of tomato. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and the asam gravy was very tasty....thumbs up!
Dark Soy Sauce Prawns, RM30.00
The dark soy sauce brings out the flavor of the prawn, fresh, sweet, spongy and plum fleshy meat.
