AMFA Wrap Party: The winners and the finalist of Asia Model Festival Awards New Face Model Search (Malaysia) 2011 were presenting an exclusive fashion show featuring Keith Kee Couture 2012 Spring Collection and Aunty Connie (owner) of Overtime Rivercity Jalan Ipoh was one of the main sponsored for the event.
Keith's latest prêt-à-porter collection shows off a modern vintage concept, particularly his cheongsams which have consistently been best-sellers in his boutiques. Keith believes that, "A glamourous wedding gown is one that flatters a woman's natural shape and curves. It is a dress that draws out her inner beauty, allows her to fully express her character and lets her be herself. Each bride is unique so each dress is a distinctive new creation that has to reflect her individual personality, style and dreams and not merely a mimic of the latest trends."
Riverwalk Village
Low Yat Group's very careful about its tenant mix as they want to service the needs of people across various income levels in the area which has seen the addition of more affluent residents moving into upscale developments in the area.
Riverwalk Mall is part of Riverwalk Village, a sprawling eight-block retail development fashioned from the current old warehouses and Art Deco-style buildings on the site that go back to the 1940s. The mall entails the refurbishment of a warehouse at a cost of RM40 million.
Riverwalk Village in turn is part of the freehold nine-acre Rivercity project, a mixed-development which includes three 28-storey condominium blocks that are already completed, office suites, a serviced apartment block and a hotel.
