Signature dish Pan Fried Dory Tower, RM19.90

Nicely presented and the pan-fried dory fish was as good as it looks. A unique fusion blend flavor sauce. On the bottom was battered fried sushi rice top with sauce, then layer with pan-fried dory fish top with a layer thin crisp bread with mayonaise sauce, repeated another layer arrangement and finally top with a handfull of Japanese fish flakes. Highly recommended dish!
