An all day dining café that offers a tasty selection of international flavours on the menu during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy interactive food preparation as the chefs expertly prepare some of the dishes á la minute at the live cooking stations. On weekends and festive events, the culinary team creates special themed dinners for the buffet offering a wide choice of gastronomic delights. Tanjung Ria Café presents a warm and lively atmosphere with the sounds of light, early evening entertainment flowing from the Atrium lounge as the patrons enjoy their dinner. Performances are also available during Sunday high tea. A must-have at Tanjung Ria Café is Hyatt Regency Kinabalu’s signature dish, the Oxtail Assam Pedas. At the Tanjung Ria Café, mouth-watering Malay specialty dishes will be available at their phenomenally popular Buka Puasa buffet throughout the month of August. Over 200 dishes will be available to diners featuring not only classic Malay must-haves, but also a Chinese, Western and a North Indian section. Traditional favorites like Hyatt’s signature oxtail assam pedas, satay, ayam masak kurma, beef and chicken satay with ketupat, lemang, curries and an assortment of sambals will all be available in an extensive buffet spread, twice as big as the usual. In the live cooking section, there will be Chinese roast chicken, kebab rolls, roast lamb, beef pot roast, beef noodles, yong tau foo, burgers, murtabak, naan and tandoori among others. For those with a sweet tooth, there will be bubur pulut hitam, kuih langgang, ice kacang, pengat durian, apam balik among the vast assortment. A variety of beverages like air bandung, soya bean milk and air selasih will also be on free-flow for thirsty diners.
