Nyonya Style of cooking is the result of fusion between Malay and Chinese, originated from Melaka. However it has recently been commercialised and many restaurants preparing these delicacies can be found every part of Malaysia now. At Nyoya House, popular dishes include ayam pongteh which contains chicken cooked in bean sauce, asam fish, ju hu char and etc. Another delicacy is satay celup which is lok-lok that is found all over the country. Skewered (crab sticks, fish balls, meat or prawns) is dip in a boiling water. Recently they have added some value set menu, available at lunch and dinner....why not check it out!
