Wong Hock Soon’s family has been selling Hokkien mee in KL since 1960, thye have become a household name associated with one of the best in KL since then. Savoury wok taste of hokkien mee with generous amount of ingredients: slices of pork meat, pork liver, prawns and vegetables. Most important, the lard fritters garnish, which do wonders for the dish. The secret to make a good Hokkien Mee relies in the dark sauce which is thick enough to coat the noodles but does not dry them out too quickly.
