The original Nyonya laksa is enriched with various spices and cooked without curry powder, there are many places in Melaka serving Nyonya laksa, my top pick is Donald and Lily’s. It's in an old house built before World War II, interesting heritage though! A unique dining ambience with an authentic homey character. If you come during weekend lunch hours, please be prepare to wait, there will be a long queue! It has been featured and reviewed by many medias, including 8TV Ho Chak programme.

Signature Dish: Nyonya Laksa, RM3.50
Rich in spices and very tasty, top with lots of juicy clams.
Tau Kua Rojak, RM5.00
Another favourite order dish: bean curds (tau kua), cucumbers and pineapples topped with rojak sauce.
Mee Siam, RM3.50
This dish...selling fast, if you come late you won't be able to taste it. I like the taste of the gravy, bit of sourish and sweet, goes very well witht the mee siam.
House Specialty: Pongteh, RM6.50
You must try this Nyonya style braised chicken with mushrooms and potatoes, secret ingredient...gula Melaka for the dark and tasty gravy. The chicken meat is quite tender absorbing all the flavors from the thick gravy.
Tuesday Special: mee rebus
Friday Special: nasi lemak served with rendang ayam
Saturday Special: curry chicken rice and pongteh chicken rice
Sunday Special: curry assam fish rice, pongteh chicken rice, pineapple lemak prawn rice
