Provides varities of yoga, pilates and dance classes starts from 8.30 am until 8.30pm daily
We provide varities of yoga, pilates and dance classes eg: Hot yoga (infrared heater), hatha, power yoga, gentle flow, flow, yin (therapy), alignment( basic), pilates, fitball, yogalates and slim dance classes everyday from 8:30am til 8:30pm. Yoga mats, blocks, straps are given during classes. You can put ur belongings into the lockers and take ur shower after the class as we provides shower with heater and changing room with hair dryer as well
