Hong Kong Recipe is one of my favourite restaurant for Chinese food at 1Borneo. Considering the taste, HK Recipe's food quality are more consistent compared to its rivals.

Grass Jelly with Lychee, RM5.80
The Grass Jelly with Lychee was simple refreshing. Sweet with a hint of sourish and fragrant with Lychee's flavour.
Soy sauce, chili padi, prawn chili paste and garlic vinegar chili sauce
Ma Po Taufu, RM16.00
A savoury dish loaded with fermented bean paste's taste. The beancurd was smooth and the meat was crispy. I could have an extra bowl of rice with these dish.
Braised Pork Knuckle with 5spices, RM20.00
Fragrant and well-spiced. The pork was tender and flavourful.
Stir-fried Vegetable with garlic, RM12.00

Baked Honey Chicken Rice, RM9.80 (Take away)
We bought the Baked Honey Chicken Rice for Jack as he doesn't eat pork. A delicious dish to go with rice. Chicken was pre-fried and coated with sweet and savoury sauce.
