The restaurant was all packed with people, like the atmosphere in here. Felt like I was in a restaurant in Hong Kong. The other attraction, the walls filled to the brim with praises and comments its all filled up 'autographed' wall, with any kinda of message. This place is air-conditioned so it helps to prevents some heavy sweating. While the food wwas quite pricey but the quality ingredients used i suppose makes up for it. There're no don't set menus here, everything is ala-carte from the fish balls to the vegetables. All the "balls" are home made and with a great texture. The thinly sliced beef and pork have premium versions which made this a rather expensive meal if everything is premium. Don't attempt to walk in without prior reservation, because you might have towait 2 hours to be seated.Important stuff: sauces
Interesting sauce - dried chilli paste, fu yu which is also some sort of fermented bean paste and cilantro
Charge for Soup, RM30. What you get is the pork bone soup (refillable) and it comes with 3 huge bones. With big chunks of pork being used, white fungus, wolfberries, this broth of soup was thick and has the original sweetness that came from all this ingredients used. All ingredients for the steamboat is based on ala carte order. Thus ordered sotong ball, prawn ball, fish ball - 3 kinds of balls. All fairly big size and with all the meatball being pounded, it has a really smooth texture on the outside, and has the very 'bouncy' feeling on the inside. 8 meatball in each plate.
