Bak Kut Teh (Pork Bone Tea Soup). I'm a great fans of Bak Kut Teh, Kam Kee is one of the famous BKT in KK. Their Bak Kut Teh broth is aromatic and tasty. Served with my favourite Yao Char Kwai (Chinese fried cruller) and tauhu pok (beancurd skin). Tenderly cooked pork, wasn't oily because there’s not much pork fat compared to others Bak Kut Teh that i had. First thing come to my mind was the pork kidney and liver, immediately I ordered a small portion of pork kidney and liver in Chinese rice wine soup. If you’re a fan of innards, don’t ever miss this, it was the reason I went to Kam Kee BKT.

Claypot Ginger Wine with Pork Liver and Pork Kidney, RM10.00
Pork kidney and liver indeed was prepared the way it’s meant to be. Soft, tender, and was lightly cooked. I enjoyed the dish very much.
Claypot Bak Kut Teh with Pork Intestine, Pork Stomach and Pork Rib, RM15.00
The intestines and pork ribs are soft, dipping it with mixtures of dark soy sauce, chili and garlic as condiments was something I enjoyed. The herbs flavour in the soup was mild but it was just the way I like it.

Choy Sum with Oytser Sauce, RM6.00
