Nasi Lemak + Ayam Goreng RM4.50
Another post for 'halal' food. After receiving some comments who suggested us to look for more 'halal' food or places that 'served-no-pork', Jack was trying hard to search for some good halal food. Hence, today we went to Tenom Kopitiam.
The Nasi Lemak with fried chicken ordered by Jack, was quite good. However, the serving portion was quite small.
Soto Ayam RM5.00
The broth of the Soto Ayam was not bad actually. With lime juice, chili sauce, and dark soy sauce added (the way the locals here eat), it tasted even more better. Not much ingredients given, only few pieces of chicken and some vegetables.
The prices of the food here are slightly more expensive than the next door's restaurant. For Soto, it cost about RM5.00-RM6.00, for fried rice/noodles, it cost about RM6.00-RM7.00.
