This morning, our gastronomic adventure begin with the Thai Style Ngiu Chap at Kedai Kopi Ria. This humble Thai Style Ngiu Chap's stall might not be well-known by the locals. However, it is questionable if it could be one of the best Ngiu Chap in KK apart from the famous Ngiu Chap at Kah Hiong, Lai Heng Baru and Sin Nyuk Pau.
Ngiu Chap Noodle Soup RM4.50
The Ngiu Chap Noodle Soup tasted really good. The flavours, spices and taste arrested in the broth defy the humble origins. The broth was fragrantly good with lime and tasted a little sourish, sweet and savoury. The beef was tender, the beef intestine texture was firm and nice while the beef ball was big and springy.
Ngiu Chap with Kolo Mee RM4.50
The Kolo Mee tasted good as well. Comes with a separate bowl of Ngiu Chap Soup, Jack can get to enjoy his favourite Kolo Mee and Ngiu Chap at the same time.
The secret that lies beneath the good Thai Style Ngiu Chap was actually the special chili sauce. The 'sambal' was rich in spices taste. Fragrantly good with shrimps and lemongrass taste while spicy enough to tantalized our taste buds. Irresistible flavour!
