Ngiu Chap with Kolo Koay Teow RM5.50
This morning, Jack brought me to Sembulan for breakfast. Quite some times ago, he tried the Ngiu Chap at Kedai Kopi Shan Fu and it was quite good. So, he thought of blogging about it.
We ordered Ngiu Chap Koay Teow Soup and Ngiu Chap with Kolo Koay Teow. The Kolo Koay Teow tasted very good. The sauce was flavourful and garlic oil was added to taste. The Koay Teow was smooth but a little bit too oily to my liking.
The Ngiu Chap tasted like the Malay's Soto. It had a mild turmeric flavour. It was a little bit too salty to my liking. Other than that, I had nothing much to complain about.Ngiu Chap Koay Teow Soup RM5.50
The Ngiu Chap Koay Teow Soup was okay. Nothing to shout home about.
