Ham and Egg Sandwich + Milk Tea HKD24.00
As time goes by really fast, it was already the 3rd day of my trip. This morning, my bro-in-law joined us for a short trip to Hong Kong. We had a light breakfast at one of the Char Chan Teng (HK's style Coffee Shop). I ordered the Ham and Egg Sandwich and the Butter Bun with Tea as my breakfast.
Butter Bun with Tea (Nai Cha) HKD19.00
Just like the HK Char Chan Teng's chains in Malaysia, the food tastes were about the same. Only the Tea (Nai Cha) was really different. The Tea was really smooth and the aroma of the tea was strong. Maybe I'm not really good in describing food but I was speechless when drinking the Tea.

After our breakfast, we went window shopping and walked around the city of Hong Kong. During lunch time, we dropped by at one of the restaurant to have the Roasted Meat Rice.
Siu Yuk and Chicken Rice, Char Siu and Siu Yuk Rice around HKD80.00
The Siu Yuk and Char Siu in Hong Kong is a must-try food if you happen to be there. It was very delicious. The Char Siu was juicy, tender and flavourful. The Siu Yuk's skin was crispy and the meat was tender and flavourful.

Tonight, we are having Chiu Chow food (Teochew) for dinner. ChefMaster ChiuChow Kitchen is one of the famous restaurant in Harbour City. During dinner hours, the shop will be very crowded.
Stir-Fried HK Kailan with Beef
The HK Kailan was lightly fried and it still kept the crisps and sweetness of the vegetables. The beef was well-marinated and the meat was tender.
Steamed Chicken
The chicken meat was firm and tasted good by itself. No extra sauce is needed for extra flavour.
Chiu Chow Style Pork
The Chiu Chow Style Pork was one of their signature dish. The pork meat was tender, wasn't fat and tasted like it had been cooked for long hours.
Fried Koay Teow
The Fried Koay Teow although doesn't look really appealing but taste wise, it was delicious. The savoury taste just kept me wanting for more.
Oyster Omelette Chiu Chow Style
Another signature dish of ChefMaster is the Oyster Omelette Chiu Chow Style. It tasted more like the oyster pancake. Wasn't oily, fragrantly good with oyster and egg's taste. The dish is just simple and nice.
Steamed Stuffed Beancurd
The beancurd was smooth and soft that it could just melt in my mouth. The meat stuffed in the beancurd was flavourful. A good combination of ingredients. Yummy!
